Yesterday we took the new FLAAR 24 out on Lake Chiemsee. A completely new design – and that means: time for a fresh look at the sail plan.

👉 Designed and built in Prien am Chiemsee, just a few steps from the lake.

Together with the client, we went out for real-world testing and checked all the key factors that matter in sail performance:

✅ Sail shape and airflow
✅ Twist behavior with different trim settings
✅ Interaction between mainsail and jib
✅ Pressure distribution and helm feedback
✅ Trim sensitivity and tuning potential
✅ Matching sail feel to boat dynamics and crew input
