Mainsail

Mainsail M-1

The M‑1 is built in a cross‑cut layout and manufactured from premium 5.55oz RSQ Polykote cloth – a modern, dimensionally stable material that delivers consistent performance, high durability, and a precise profile even under load. The carefully tuned luff curve ensures that the M‑1 fits wooden masts exceptionally well and can be trimmed easily and reliably in all conditions.

A narrow boom window, aligned parallel to the boom, provides an unobstructed view to leeward at all times – regardless of heel angle or wave conditions. An additional spreader window allows both crew and helm to continuously monitor the genoa leech, making precise, race‑oriented trimming significantly easier.

Headsails

Jib all purpose J-1A

The J‑1A is built from high‑strength 4.55oz Dacron Ripstop – a cloth engineered for maximum dimensional stability, high durability, and consistent performance. In the foot area, the jib is deliberately cut flatter to reduce the inward rotation of the airflow along the leech. This increases the efficiency of the mainsail’s leeward airflow and delivers noticeable advantages upwind. The reverse draft in the mainsail disappears. The radially cut head section gives the upper leech additional twist. As a result, the sail opens more harmoniously toward the top and improves the mainsail’s airflow on the leeward side – especially valuable in shifting winds and increasing heel.

A rounded entry shape makes the J‑1A easy to steer, provides forgiving handling, and delivers additional drive at the same time.

The optimal operating range is between 5 and 18 knots, from flat water to light chop – ideal for ambitious racing sailors looking for a versatile, pressure‑stable headsail.

Jib Heavy J-1H

The J‑1H is built from high‑strength 6.05oz Dacron Ripstop and is designed for days with heavy wind. The genoa features a flatter profile than the J‑1A.

A rounded entry shape makes the J‑1H easy to steer in waves, ensures forgiving handling, and delivers excellent speed.

The optimal operating range is between 15 and 25 knots.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

1. Allgemeines
Fertigungen und Lieferungen werden ausschließlich zu den nachstehenden Bedingungen durchgeführt. Der Besteller erkennt mit Erteilung eines Auftrages folgende Fertigungs-, Verkaufs- und Lieferungs¬bedingungen an.
Alle mündlichen Vereinbarungen und Erklärungen werden nur dann Vertragsinhalt, wenn sie schriftlich vereinbart oder schriftlich von uns bestätigt worden sind.

2. Angebot
Unsere Angebote sind stets freibleibend und unverbindlich. Abbildungen, Zeichnungen, Gewichts-, Maß-, Form-, Stabilitäts- und Leistungsangaben sind nur annähernd maßgebend, soweit sie nicht schriftlich als verbindlich bezeichnet sind. Maße, die uns von Kunden aufgegeben, gelten für uns als verbindlich. Eine Nachprüfung unsererseits muss nicht erfolgen. Konstruktionsänderungen sind vorbehalten und zulässig, sofern hierdurch keine Nutzungsminderung eintritt.

3. Preise und Versand
Es gelten die Preise gemäß Auftragsbestätigung/Rechnung. Kann der Auftrag aus Gründen, die der Käufer zu vertreten hat (z. B. fehlende Maße etc.), nicht innerhalb von 2 Monaten nach Auftragserteilung bearbeitet werden, kann der Preis sich den veränderten Kostenfaktoren anpassen. Ein eventuell gewährter Herbstrabatt kann aus obengenannten Gründen verfallen.
Wenn nicht anders vereinbart, beziehen sich die Preise auf Materialien, Beschläge und Zubehörteile, die üblicherweise bei uns verwendet werden. Diesbezügliche Änderungen bleiben vorbehalten. Wenn nicht anders vereinbart, verstehen sich die Preise ab Produktionsort Prien und schließen Versicherung, Verpackung, Fracht, Transport und Aufstellung bzw. Montage nicht ein. Alle zum Versand kommenden Artikel werden, falls gewünscht, grundsätzlich auf Kosten des Empfängers gegen Verlust und Beschädigung transportversichert.
Der Versand erfolgt, wenn nicht anders vereinbart, in allen Fällen auf Rechnung und Gefahr des Bestellers bzw. Empfängers. Wir entscheiden über Art und Weise des Versands, außer bei Sonderanweisungen des Kunden. Es bleibt uns vorbehalten, Teillieferungen vorzunehmen, sofern dies für eine zügige Abwicklung vorteilhaft erscheint.

4. Lieferzeit und Lieferung
Lieferzeiten beginnen mit dem Tag unserer Bestellungsannahme bzw. mit dem Zeitpunkt des Zuganges der schriftlichen Auftragserteilung durch den Kunden, jedoch nicht vor Klärung aller Ausführungseinzelheiten. Höhere Gewalt und unvorhergesehene Ereignisse, die außerhalb unseres Willens bzw. unseres Einflussbereiches liegen, wie z. B. Betriebsstörungen, Produktionsausschuss und dergl. im eigenen Betrieb oder bei Unterlieferanten, verlängern die Lieferzeit angemessen; auch dann wenn sie während eines Lieferverzuges eintreten. Bei vorgenanntem Lieferungsverzug sind Schadensersatzansprüche als auch das Rücktrittsrecht des Bestellers ausgeschlossen.
Wird „persönliche Abholung“ vereinbart und der Abholtermin um 14 Tage überschritten, so sind wir berechtigt, dem Kunden die Ware auf seine Kosten zuzusenden.
5. Zahlungsbedingungen
Mit Auftragserteilung/Rechnung sind 50% des jeweiligen Kaufpreises im Wege der Vorauszahlung (= Anzahlung) zu leisten, der Rest des Kaufpreises wird mit dem Erhalt der Lieferung fällig. Letztere sogenannte Restkaufsumme ist innerhalb von 14 Tagen zahlbar. Auslandslieferungen erfolgen nur gegen Vorauskasse.
Die Durchführung des Auftrages wird solange zurückgestellt, bis der Anzahlungsbetrag eingegangen ist. Wird die Anzahlung nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen geleistet, sind wir berechtigt, von Auftrag bzw. Kauf zurückzutreten.
Bei Überschreitung des vereinbarten Zahlungszieles sind wir berechtigt, Verzugszinsen in Höhe von 7% über dem jeweiligen Diskontsatz der Deutschen Bundesbank zu berechnen.

6. Gewährleistung
Der Käufer hat die gelieferte Ware sofort zu überprüfen. Eine Mängelrüge ist nur innerhalb eines Monats nach dem Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung unter genauer Bezeichnung der Mängel schriftlich uns gegenüber möglich. Wird die Ware im Herbst oder Winter geliefert, in der keine Überprüfung auf Stand und Verarbeitung der Segel stattfinden kann, beginnt die Gewährleistungszeit am darauffolgenden 1. Mai. Die Ware ist unverzüglich unentgeltlich zur Überprüfung der Mängel zuzusenden. Stellt sich die Rüge als berechtigt heraus, so muss uns zur Nachbesserung oder Ersatzlieferung die erforderliche Zeit und Möglichkeit gewährt werden. Im Falle des Fehlschlagens der Nachbesserung oder Ersatzlieferung kann der Besteller Herabsetzung der Vergütung verlangen oder vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Weitergehende Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen. Für Mängel der Lieferungen haften wir durch unentgeltliche Auswechslung oder Nachbesserung solcher Teile, die bei vorschriftsmäßiger Benutzung infolge von Material- oder Verarbeitungsfehler innerhalb 24 Monaten unbrauchbar werden.
Der Anspruch auf Mängelbeseitigung entfällt, wenn durch unsachgemäße Selbst- oder Fremdhilfe der Mangel entstanden oder vergrößert worden ist.
Für nachgebesserte Ware oder Ersatzlieferung auch bei Hinzuzahlung durch den Kunden gilt der ursprüngliche Kaufvertrag und die damit verbundene Gewährleistungszeit.
Für Form und Stand der gelieferten Gegenstände erhalten Sie eine Garantie von 12 Monaten. Für Schäden infolge natürlicher Abnützung sowie für Folgeschäden wird keine Haftung übernommen. Weitere Gewährleistungs- und Schadensersatzansprüche des Käufers sind ausgeschlossen.




7. Export
Ein Export erfolgt nur gegen Vorauskasse. Grundsätzlich wird die Mehrwertsteuer berechnet, wenn der Kunde selbst die Ware in das Ausland bringen will. Die Mehrwertsteuer wird nur dann zurückgezahlt, wenn bei der Zollabwicklung an der Grenze ein Spediteur eingeschaltet wird und wir die abgestempelte „Ausfuhrerklärung“ (AE) und/bzw. oder eine „Speditionsbescheinigung“ für „Umsatzsteuerzwecke“ überstellt bekommen. Eine mehrwertsteuerfreie Berechnung erfolgt nur dann, wenn es sich bei der Lieferung von vornherein um ein Exportgeschäft handelt. Nach einschlägigen Bestimmungen ist ein Export von Artikeln für Wasserfahrzeuge dann erfüllt, wenn:
der Empfänger eine Firma oder Person mit festem Sitz im Ausland ist und der Versand durch die Post, Bahn oder Spediteur erfolgt. Ein Transport über die Grenze durch den Kunden selbst gilt nicht als Export (es sei denn, der Kunde schaltet an der Grenze zur Abwicklung der Zollformalitäten einen Spediteur ein und wir erhalten von diesem eine „Spediteursbescheinigung“ siehe oben).
Sollte trotz Einschaltung eines Spediteurs oder Versand durch einen Spediteur ein T2- oder ähnliches, für den Exportnachweis notwendiges Papier nicht bei der kontrollierenden Zollstelle wieder eingehen und die vom Spediteur geleistete Zollsicherheit in Anspruch genommen und von uns zurückverlangt wird, sind wir berechtigt, die Mehrwertsteuer und/bzw. die in Anspruch genommene Sicherheit auch noch nach 3 Jahren vom Kunden zurückzuverlangen.

8. Datenspeicherung

9. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die gelieferte Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum. Der Empfänger ist berechtigt, über die Vorbehaltsware im ordentlichen Geschäftsverkehr zu verfügen. Weitergehende Verfügungen (Verpfändung, Sicherungsübereignung oder Verkauf nach erfolgter Zahlungseinstellung) sind nicht gestattet. Pfändungen der Vorbehaltswaren sind uns sofort unter Beifügung einer Abschrift des Pfändungsprotokolls bekanntzugeben.
Veräußert der Kunde Vorbehaltsware auf Kredit, so gelten die daraus sich ergebenden Kaufpreisforderungen mit ihrer Entstehung als an uns abgetreten. Der Kunde ist solange befugt, die Forderungen einzuziehen, bis ihm dies aufgrund seines Zahlungsverzuges oder Vermögensverfalls durch uns untersagt wird. In diesem Fall hat unser Kunde auf Verlangen für jede einzelne Forderung eine Abtretungserklärung und eine Bestätigung seines Eigentumsvorbehaltes Dritten gegenüber nachzureichen.

10. Anzuwendendes Recht, Gerichtsstand
Die Vertragsbeziehungen unterliegen ausschließlich dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Die Anwendung der internationalen Kaufrechtsgesetze ist ausgeschlossen. Gerichtsstand für Vollkaufleute, für Personen, die keinen allgemeinen Gerichtsstand im Inland haben sowie für Personen, die nach Abschluss des Vertrages ihren Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt ins Ausland verlegt haben oder deren Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlicher Aufenthalt zum Zeitpunkt der Klageerhebung nicht bekannt ist, ist Rosenheim.

Our Tempest A1 mainsail is designed for the lower to medium wind range, delivering strong performance up to 20 knots.
The sail is built from 5.46 oz Polykote Dacron in a horizontal cut, ensuring a robust construction and stable sail shape.

The A1 was developed to deliver maximum power, allowing the crew to get out on the trapeze very early in the wind range.

Tempest main A1F (Flat) Dacron

Our Tempest A1F mainsail is designed for lighter crews or mixed teams and therefore features a flatter shape with reduced profile depth. The A1F also delivers excellent performance and is the ideal choice for lighter teams.
The sail is manufactured from 5.46 oz Polykote Dacron in a horizontal cut.

Headsails

Tempest jib MW Allround

Our MW jib is designed for light to medium wind conditions and is built with a bi‑radial panel layout.

The sail is made from 5.46 oz Dacron, which gives it excellent shape stability even in stronger winds.

It delivers strong performance across a wide wind range and shows its strengths especially in flat water with light chop, where high pointing ability combined with good speed is essential for success.

If you only want to purchase one jib and you frequently race on inland lakes, then this sail is the right choice.

Tempest jib MWH heavy

Our MWH jib is designed for medium to strong wind conditions.

Its panel layout is identical to the MW, but we use 6.5 oz Polykote Dacron for this sail. This gives the jib very high shape stability in winds above 15 knots.
The MWH is the right headsail for days when the forecast calls for strong winds.

Spinnaker

Tempest spinnaker HK-1

The HK‑1 spinnaker was designed as a universally versatile sail and features a well‑balanced head section that provides excellent stability and aerodynamic efficiency.

This stability makes the spinnaker easy to trim. The optimized aerodynamic shape gives the sail a very good basic speed. Concentrated trimming allows the spinnaker to unlock a lot of potential when sailing downwind.

General Terms and Conditions

1. general
Production and deliveries are carried out exclusively in accordance with the following conditions. By placing an order, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions of manufacture, sale and delivery.
All verbal agreements and declarations shall only become part of the contract if they have been agreed in writing or confirmed by us in writing.

2. offer
Our offers are always subject to change and non-binding. Illustrations, drawings, information on weight, dimensions, shape, stability and performance are only approximate unless they are designated as binding in writing. Measurements provided by the customer are deemed binding. We are not required to perform any further verification. Design modifications are reserved and permitted, provided they do not impair usability.

3. prices and shipping
The prices according to the order confirmation/invoice shall apply. If the order cannot be processed within 2 months of the order being placed for reasons for which the buyer is responsible (e.g. missing dimensions, etc.), the price may be adjusted to the changed cost factors. Any autumn discount granted may expire for the above reasons.
Unless otherwise agreed, the prices refer to materials, fittings and accessories that are normally used by us. We reserve the right to make changes in this respect. Unless otherwise agreed, prices are ex works Prien and do not include insurance, packaging, freight, transportation and installation or assembly. All items to be dispatched will, if desired, be insured against loss and damage in transit at the recipient's expense.
Unless otherwise agreed, dispatch shall in all cases be at the expense and risk of the customer or recipient. We decide on the type and method of shipment, except in the case of special instructions from the customer. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this appears advantageous for speedy processing.

4. Delivery Time and Delivery
Delivery periods commence on the date we accept the order or upon receipt of the customer’s written order, but not before all technical and execution details have been fully clarified.
Force majeure and unforeseen events beyond our control or sphere of influence—such as operational disruptions, production defects, or similar incidents within our own operations or those of subcontractors—extend the delivery period appropriately, including when such events occur during an existing delay in delivery. Claims for damages and the customer’s right of withdrawal are excluded in the event of the aforementioned delay in delivery.
If ‘personal collection’ has been agreed and the collection date is exceeded by 14 days, we are entitled to dispatch the goods to the customer at their expense.
Terms of Payment
Upon placement of the order / issuance of the invoice, 50% of the respective purchase price is to be paid in advance (deposit). The remaining purchase price becomes due upon receipt of the delivery. This remaining balance must be paid within 14 days. Deliveries abroad are made only against advance payment.
The execution of the order shall be postponed until the down payment amount has been received. If the down payment is not made within 14 days, we are entitled to withdraw from the order or purchase.
If the agreed payment term is exceeded, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears at a rate of 7% above the respective discount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank.

6. Warranty
The buyer must inspect the delivered goods immediately. A notice of defects may only be submitted within one month from the date of delivery and must be provided to us in writing, specifying the exact nature of the defects. If the goods are delivered in autumn or winter, during which an inspection of the sail shape and workmanship is not possible, the warranty period shall commence on the following 1 May. The goods must be sent to us immediately and free of charge for inspection of the reported defects.
If the complaint proves to be justified, we must be granted the necessary time and opportunity to carry out repairs or provide a replacement delivery. In the event that repair or replacement fails, the customer may request a reduction of the purchase price or withdraw from the contract. Any further claims are excluded.
For defects in deliveries, we are liable by providing free replacement or repair of those parts which become unusable within 24 months due to material or manufacturing defects under proper use.
The claim for defect rectification lapses if the defect has been caused or aggravated by improper self‑help or third‑party intervention.
For repaired goods or replacement deliveries — including cases in which the customer contributes an additional payment — the original purchase contract and the associated warranty period remain in effect.
We provide a 12‑month guarantee for the shape and stability of the delivered items. No liability is assumed for damage resulting from natural wear and tear or for consequential damages. Any further warranty or compensation claims by the buyer are excluded.




7. Export
Exports are carried out only against advance payment. As a general rule, VAT will be charged if the customer intends to transport the goods abroad personally. VAT will only be refunded if a freight forwarder is engaged for customs clearance at the border and we receive the stamped ‘Export Declaration’ (AE) and/or a ‘Forwarder’s Certificate’ for VAT purposes.
A VAT‑exempt invoice will be issued only if the transaction qualifies as an export from the outset.
According to the applicable regulations, an export of goods for watercraft is deemed fulfilled if:
the recipient is a company or individual with a permanent residence outside the country, and shipment is carried out by post, rail, or a freight forwarder.
Transporting the goods across the border by the customer personally does not constitute an export (unless the customer engages a freight forwarder at the border for customs processing and we receive a corresponding ‘Forwarder’s Certificate,’ as noted above).
If a T2 or similar document required for proof of export is not received by the controlling customs office despite the involvement of a forwarding agent or shipment by a forwarding agent and the customs security provided by the forwarding agent is claimed and reclaimed by us, we shall be entitled to reclaim the VAT and/or the security claimed from the customer even after 3 years.

9. retention of title
The delivered goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made. The recipient is entitled to dispose of the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business. Further dispositions (pledging, transfer by way of security or sale after suspension of payment) are not permitted. We must be notified immediately of any seizure of the goods subject to retention of title, enclosing a copy of the seizure protocol.
If the customer sells goods subject to retention of title on credit, the resulting purchase price claims shall be deemed assigned to us as soon as they arise. The customer shall be authorized to collect the claims until he is prohibited from doing so by us due to his default in payment or deterioration of assets. In this case, our customer must, upon request, submit a declaration of assignment and a confirmation of his reservation of title to third parties for each individual claim.

10. applicable law, place of jurisdiction
The contractual relationships are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The application of international sales law is excluded. The place of jurisdiction for registered traders, for persons who do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany and for persons who have moved their domicile or habitual residence abroad after conclusion of the contract or whose domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought is Rosenheim.

General Terms and Conditions
1. General
All manufacturing and deliveries are carried out exclusively in accordance with the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, the purchaser accepts these manufacturing, sales, and delivery conditions.
Any verbal agreements or statements become part of the contract only if they are confirmed in writing.
2. Offers
All offers are non‑binding and subject to change. Illustrations, drawings, and specifications regarding weight, dimensions, shape, stability, and performance are approximate unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing.
Dimensions provided by the customer are considered binding; we are not required to verify them.
We reserve the right to make design modifications, provided they do not impair usability.
3. Prices and Shipping
Prices are based on the order confirmation/invoice. If an order cannot be processed within two months due to reasons attributable to the purchaser (e.g., missing measurements), prices may be adjusted to reflect changed cost factors. Any seasonal discounts may expire under these circumstances.
Unless otherwise agreed, prices refer to materials, fittings, and accessories typically used by us; changes remain reserved.
Unless otherwise agreed, prices are ex‑works Prien and do not include insurance, packaging, freight, transport, installation, or assembly.
Upon request, all shipped items can be insured against loss or damage at the recipient’s expense.
Shipping is at the purchaser’s cost and risk unless otherwise agreed. We determine the shipping method unless special instructions are provided. Partial deliveries may be made if they facilitate timely processing.
4. Delivery Time and Delivery
Delivery times begin on the date of our order acceptance or upon receipt of the written order, but not before all technical details have been clarified.
Force majeure and unforeseen events beyond our control — such as operational disruptions, production failures, or supplier delays — extend delivery times accordingly, even if they occur during an existing delay.
In such cases, claims for damages or withdrawal by the purchaser are excluded.
If “personal collection” is agreed and the pickup date is exceeded by 14 days, we may ship the goods at the customer’s expense.
5. Payment Terms
Upon order placement/invoice, 50% of the purchase price is due as a prepayment. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the goods and must be paid within 14 days.
International deliveries are made only against full prepayment.
Order processing begins only after the prepayment has been received. If the prepayment is not made within 14 days, we may withdraw from the contract.
In case of late payment, we may charge interest at 7% above the current discount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank.
6. Warranty
The purchaser must inspect the delivered goods immediately. Complaints must be submitted in writing within one month of delivery, specifying the defects.
If delivery occurs in autumn or winter, when inspection of sails is not possible, the warranty period begins on the following May 1st.
Goods must be returned promptly and free of charge for inspection. If the complaint is justified, reasonable time must be granted for repair or replacement.
If repair or replacement fails, the purchaser may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
Further claims are excluded.
We warrant defects caused by material or manufacturing faults for 24 months through free repair or replacement of defective parts.
Warranty claims lapse if improper repairs or modifications are made by the purchaser or third parties.
Repaired or replaced goods remain subject to the original warranty period.
We provide a 12‑month guarantee on the shape and form of delivered items.
No liability is assumed for natural wear or consequential damages.
All further warranty or damage claims are excluded.
7. Export
Exports are made only against full prepayment. VAT is charged if the customer transports the goods abroad personally.
VAT is refunded only if a freight forwarder handles customs clearance at the border and we receive the stamped export declaration (AE) and/or a freight forwarder’s certificate for VAT purposes.
VAT‑free invoicing is possible only if the transaction qualifies as an export under applicable regulations.
An export is recognized only if the recipient is a company or individual with a permanent address abroad and the shipment is handled by post, rail, or a freight forwarder.
If required export documents (e.g., T2) do not return to the customs office and the security deposit is claimed from us, we may reclaim VAT or the security amount from the customer even up to three years later.
8. Data Storage
We comply with the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

9. Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain our property until full payment is received.
The purchaser may resell the goods in the ordinary course of business.
Pledging, transfer as security, or resale after payment suspension is not permitted.
Seizures must be reported to us immediately with a copy of the seizure protocol.
If the purchaser resells goods on credit, the resulting claims are assigned to us upon their creation.
The purchaser may collect these claims unless we revoke this right due to payment default or financial deterioration.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All contractual relationships are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
International sales law is excluded.
Place of jurisdiction for merchants, persons without a general domestic jurisdiction, or persons who relocate abroad after contract conclusion, or whose residence is unknown at the time of legal action, is Rosenheim.

Main

Mainsail A3+

The sail is manufactured from 270 B HMTO‑finished Dacron cloth. The luff curve is designed to fit all common mast types and allows for easy tuning.

A reduced draft depth in the foot area decreases helm pressure and enables the genoa to be sheeted further inboard. This provides the mainsail with a more efficient airflow along its leeward side.

Three narrow boom windows, arranged parallel to the boom, ensure optimal visibility to leeward in all conditions and heel angles. A spreaders window allows both crew and helm to continuously monitor the genoa leech, making precise trimming of the headsail easier.

The leech line is led forward from the clew and terminates at the center of the boom, where it can be adjusted at any time by the middle crew. The battens are lightweight and durable, secured and tensioned inside their pockets with a Velcro strap.

The A3+ is delivered rolled, including two top battens of different stiffness. Use the softer batten up to 14 kn of wind, and the stiffer one above that.

Conclusion

The A3+ is an easily trimmable mainsail suitable for all masts and for any wind and wave conditions.

Mainsail MH

The MH has been developed as an all‑round mainsail suitable for all common mast types.

The use of 270 HTP Dacron gives the MH an exceptionally stable profile. We recommend this sail for teams with trimming experience, as the firm‑finished cloth requires careful adjustment to unlock its full speed potential.

Three windows arranged parallel to the boom provide optimal visibility to leeward in every situation. The spreaders window allows both crew and helm to continuously monitor the genoa leech, ensuring precise headsail trim. The mainsail leech line can be adjusted from the center of the boom, allowing effortless operation by the crew.

The MH is supplied with two different top battens – one for light winds and one for heavy winds.

It is suitable for all wind ranges and sailing areas.

Genoas

Genoa all purpose C-7

The C‑7 is built from high‑strength 5.55 oz Dacron ripstop cloth. The genoa is cut flatter in the foot section, which results in a less inward‑rotated airflow along the leech. This increases the efficiency of the leeward airflow over the mainsail.

A radially cut head section provides additional twist in the upper leech, further improving the mainsail’s airflow on the leeward side. The rounded entry makes the sail easy to steer and adds extra drive.

Its optimal wind range is 5 to 18 knots, performing well in flat water as well as in light chop.

Conclusion

The C‑7 is a fast and reliable headsail for all conditions.

Genoa all purpose C-9

The C‑9 is designed for offshore regattas in wave conditions. Its fuller profile generates strong drive through chop. Built from 5.55 oz Dacron ripstop, the sail is engineered to deliver reliable performance even in demanding environments.

A radially cut head section provides controlled twist in the upper leech, optimizing airflow toward the mainsail. The fuller luff makes the genoa easy to steer and delivers powerful acceleration with every gust.

The sail performs best in wave conditions and in wind ranges between 5 and 18 knots.

Genoa light C-7L

The C7L is a slightly fuller light‑weather genoa, made from lightweight 4.55 oz Dacron, giving the Dragon noticeably more power. It requires earlier hiking and, thanks to its rounded clew, it passes through tacks more quickly. Three windows provide good visibility to leeward, and the sail performs optimally up to around 12 knots – a genuine step forward in light‑air performance.

Conclusion

The C7L is a fast, powerful, and reliable light‑weather genoa.

Genoa heavy C-7H

The C‑7H has the same cut as the C‑7 but is manufactured from heavier and stiffer 6.5 oz Dacron cloth. This gives the sail a slightly flatter profile. The C‑7H is easy to steer in wave conditions, maintaining control and drive even when the boat is moving through chop.

We recommend this genoa for wind strengths above 18 knots. However, experience has shown that the C‑7H also performs very well in racing conditions at around 12 knots, making it a highly versatile option.

Spinnaker all purpose 9XL+

The 9XL+ is specifically designed for downwind courses. Its broad shoulders and well‑balanced shape ensure that the spinnaker flies calmly and stably—both in chop and in flat water—while projecting the maximum possible sail area. Crews who know the 9XL+ never want to sail without its advantages again. Even relaxed sailing without a spinnaker pole is possible on short legs.

The 9XL+ is available in three variants:

1. Cockpit drop – without cloth retriever

Made from 0.75 oz Contender Superkote Nylon,perfect for hoisting and droping directly in the cockpit.

2. Lightweight version – without cloth retriever

On request, the 9XL+ can be supplied in a weight‑optimized 0.70 oz non‑siliconized Contender Superkote Nylon.

This version is only suitable for boats without a spinnaker chute.

3. Bow‑chute droping – with cloth retriever

For droping through in spinnaker chute at the bow, we offer the 9XL+ in 0.75 oz Contender Dynakote Nylon with a silicon coating and an integrated cloth retriever.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

1. Allgemeines
Fertigungen und Lieferungen werden ausschließlich zu den nachstehenden Bedingungen durchgeführt. Der Besteller erkennt mit Erteilung eines Auftrages folgende Fertigungs-, Verkaufs- und Lieferungs¬bedingungen an.
Alle mündlichen Vereinbarungen und Erklärungen werden nur dann Vertragsinhalt, wenn sie schriftlich vereinbart oder schriftlich von uns bestätigt worden sind.

2. Angebot
Unsere Angebote sind stets freibleibend und unverbindlich. Abbildungen, Zeichnungen, Gewichts-, Maß-, Form-, Stabilitäts- und Leistungsangaben sind nur annähernd maßgebend, soweit sie nicht schriftlich als verbindlich bezeichnet sind. Maße, die uns von Kunden aufgegeben, gelten für uns als verbindlich. Eine Nachprüfung unsererseits muss nicht erfolgen. Konstruktionsänderungen sind vorbehalten und zulässig, sofern hierdurch keine Nutzungsminderung eintritt.

3. Preise und Versand
Es gelten die Preise gemäß Auftragsbestätigung/Rechnung. Kann der Auftrag aus Gründen, die der Käufer zu vertreten hat (z. B. fehlende Maße etc.), nicht innerhalb von 2 Monaten nach Auftragserteilung bearbeitet werden, kann der Preis sich den veränderten Kostenfaktoren anpassen. Ein eventuell gewährter Herbstrabatt kann aus obengenannten Gründen verfallen.
Wenn nicht anders vereinbart, beziehen sich die Preise auf Materialien, Beschläge und Zubehörteile, die üblicherweise bei uns verwendet werden. Diesbezügliche Änderungen bleiben vorbehalten. Wenn nicht anders vereinbart, verstehen sich die Preise ab Produktionsort Prien und schließen Versicherung, Verpackung, Fracht, Transport und Aufstellung bzw. Montage nicht ein. Alle zum Versand kommenden Artikel werden, falls gewünscht, grundsätzlich auf Kosten des Empfängers gegen Verlust und Beschädigung transportversichert.
Der Versand erfolgt, wenn nicht anders vereinbart, in allen Fällen auf Rechnung und Gefahr des Bestellers bzw. Empfängers. Wir entscheiden über Art und Weise des Versands, außer bei Sonderanweisungen des Kunden. Es bleibt uns vorbehalten, Teillieferungen vorzunehmen, sofern dies für eine zügige Abwicklung vorteilhaft erscheint.

4. Lieferzeit und Lieferung
Lieferzeiten beginnen mit dem Tag unserer Bestellungsannahme bzw. mit dem Zeitpunkt des Zuganges der schriftlichen Auftragserteilung durch den Kunden, jedoch nicht vor Klärung aller Ausführungseinzelheiten. Höhere Gewalt und unvorhergesehene Ereignisse, die außerhalb unseres Willens bzw. unseres Einflussbereiches liegen, wie z. B. Betriebsstörungen, Produktionsausschuss und dergl. im eigenen Betrieb oder bei Unterlieferanten, verlängern die Lieferzeit angemessen; auch dann wenn sie während eines Lieferverzuges eintreten. Bei vorgenanntem Lieferungsverzug sind Schadensersatzansprüche als auch das Rücktrittsrecht des Bestellers ausgeschlossen.
Wird „persönliche Abholung“ vereinbart und der Abholtermin um 14 Tage überschritten, so sind wir berechtigt, dem Kunden die Ware auf seine Kosten zuzusenden.
5. Zahlungsbedingungen
Mit Auftragserteilung/Rechnung sind 50% des jeweiligen Kaufpreises im Wege der Vorauszahlung (= Anzahlung) zu leisten, der Rest des Kaufpreises wird mit dem Erhalt der Lieferung fällig. Letztere sogenannte Restkaufsumme ist innerhalb von 14 Tagen zahlbar. Auslandslieferungen erfolgen nur gegen Vorauskasse.
Die Durchführung des Auftrages wird solange zurückgestellt, bis der Anzahlungsbetrag eingegangen ist. Wird die Anzahlung nicht innerhalb von 14 Tagen geleistet, sind wir berechtigt, von Auftrag bzw. Kauf zurückzutreten.
Bei Überschreitung des vereinbarten Zahlungszieles sind wir berechtigt, Verzugszinsen in Höhe von 7% über dem jeweiligen Diskontsatz der Deutschen Bundesbank zu berechnen.

6. Gewährleistung
Der Käufer hat die gelieferte Ware sofort zu überprüfen. Eine Mängelrüge ist nur innerhalb eines Monats nach dem Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung unter genauer Bezeichnung der Mängel schriftlich uns gegenüber möglich. Wird die Ware im Herbst oder Winter geliefert, in der keine Überprüfung auf Stand und Verarbeitung der Segel stattfinden kann, beginnt die Gewährleistungszeit am darauffolgenden 1. Mai. Die Ware ist unverzüglich unentgeltlich zur Überprüfung der Mängel zuzusenden. Stellt sich die Rüge als berechtigt heraus, so muss uns zur Nachbesserung oder Ersatzlieferung die erforderliche Zeit und Möglichkeit gewährt werden. Im Falle des Fehlschlagens der Nachbesserung oder Ersatzlieferung kann der Besteller Herabsetzung der Vergütung verlangen oder vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Weitergehende Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen. Für Mängel der Lieferungen haften wir durch unentgeltliche Auswechslung oder Nachbesserung solcher Teile, die bei vorschriftsmäßiger Benutzung infolge von Material- oder Verarbeitungsfehler innerhalb 24 Monaten unbrauchbar werden.
Der Anspruch auf Mängelbeseitigung entfällt, wenn durch unsachgemäße Selbst- oder Fremdhilfe der Mangel entstanden oder vergrößert worden ist.
Für nachgebesserte Ware oder Ersatzlieferung auch bei Hinzuzahlung durch den Kunden gilt der ursprüngliche Kaufvertrag und die damit verbundene Gewährleistungszeit.
Für Form und Stand der gelieferten Gegenstände erhalten Sie eine Garantie von 12 Monaten. Für Schäden infolge natürlicher Abnützung sowie für Folgeschäden wird keine Haftung übernommen. Weitere Gewährleistungs- und Schadensersatzansprüche des Käufers sind ausgeschlossen.




7. Export
Ein Export erfolgt nur gegen Vorauskasse. Grundsätzlich wird die Mehrwertsteuer berechnet, wenn der Kunde selbst die Ware in das Ausland bringen will. Die Mehrwertsteuer wird nur dann zurückgezahlt, wenn bei der Zollabwicklung an der Grenze ein Spediteur eingeschaltet wird und wir die abgestempelte „Ausfuhrerklärung“ (AE) und/bzw. oder eine „Speditionsbescheinigung“ für „Umsatzsteuerzwecke“ überstellt bekommen. Eine mehrwertsteuerfreie Berechnung erfolgt nur dann, wenn es sich bei der Lieferung von vornherein um ein Exportgeschäft handelt. Nach einschlägigen Bestimmungen ist ein Export von Artikeln für Wasserfahrzeuge dann erfüllt, wenn:
der Empfänger eine Firma oder Person mit festem Sitz im Ausland ist und der Versand durch die Post, Bahn oder Spediteur erfolgt. Ein Transport über die Grenze durch den Kunden selbst gilt nicht als Export (es sei denn, der Kunde schaltet an der Grenze zur Abwicklung der Zollformalitäten einen Spediteur ein und wir erhalten von diesem eine „Spediteursbescheinigung“ siehe oben).
Sollte trotz Einschaltung eines Spediteurs oder Versand durch einen Spediteur ein T2- oder ähnliches, für den Exportnachweis notwendiges Papier nicht bei der kontrollierenden Zollstelle wieder eingehen und die vom Spediteur geleistete Zollsicherheit in Anspruch genommen und von uns zurückverlangt wird, sind wir berechtigt, die Mehrwertsteuer und/bzw. die in Anspruch genommene Sicherheit auch noch nach 3 Jahren vom Kunden zurückzuverlangen.

8. Datenspeicherung
Wir erfüllen die Anforderungen der Europäischen Datenschutzgrundverordnung (EU DS-VGO). Für den Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten gilt die Datenschutzerklärung. Diese können Sie jederzeit bei uns erfragen oder über die Webseite:

9. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die gelieferte Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum. Der Empfänger ist berechtigt, über die Vorbehaltsware im ordentlichen Geschäftsverkehr zu verfügen. Weitergehende Verfügungen (Verpfändung, Sicherungsübereignung oder Verkauf nach erfolgter Zahlungseinstellung) sind nicht gestattet. Pfändungen der Vorbehaltswaren sind uns sofort unter Beifügung einer Abschrift des Pfändungsprotokolls bekanntzugeben.
Veräußert der Kunde Vorbehaltsware auf Kredit, so gelten die daraus sich ergebenden Kaufpreisforderungen mit ihrer Entstehung als an uns abgetreten. Der Kunde ist solange befugt, die Forderungen einzuziehen, bis ihm dies aufgrund seines Zahlungsverzuges oder Vermögensverfalls durch uns untersagt wird. In diesem Fall hat unser Kunde auf Verlangen für jede einzelne Forderung eine Abtretungserklärung und eine Bestätigung seines Eigentumsvorbehaltes Dritten gegenüber nachzureichen.

10. Anzuwendendes Recht, Gerichtsstand
Die Vertragsbeziehungen unterliegen ausschließlich dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Die Anwendung der internationalen Kaufrechtsgesetze ist ausgeschlossen. Gerichtsstand für Vollkaufleute, für Personen, die keinen allgemeinen Gerichtsstand im Inland haben sowie für Personen, die nach Abschluss des Vertrages ihren Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt ins Ausland verlegt haben oder deren Wohnsitz oder gewöhnlicher Aufenthalt zum Zeitpunkt der Klageerhebung nicht bekannt ist, ist Rosenheim.
