A completely new design \u2013 and that means: time for a fresh look at the sail plan.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Designed and built in Prien am Chiemsee, just a few steps from the lake.<\/p>\n<p>Together with the client, we went out for real-world testing and checked all the key factors that matter in sail performance:<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Sail shape and airflow<br \/>\n\u2705 Twist behavior with different trim settings<br \/>\n\u2705 Interaction between mainsail and jib<br \/>\n\u2705 Pressure distribution and helm feedback<br \/>\n\u2705 Trim sensitivity and tuning potential<br \/>\n\u2705 Matching sail feel to boat dynamics and crew input<\/p>\n<p>As always at Fritz Segel: no off-the-shelf sails.
