Any seasonal discounts may expire under these circumstances.<br \/>\nUnless otherwise agreed, prices refer to materials, fittings, and accessories typically used by us; changes remain reserved.<br \/>\nUnless otherwise agreed, prices are ex\u2011works Prien and do not include insurance, packaging, freight, transport, installation, or assembly.<br \/>\nUpon request, all shipped items can be insured against loss or damage at the recipient\u2019s expense.<br \/>\nShipping is at the purchaser\u2019s cost and risk unless otherwise agreed. We determine the shipping method unless special instructions are provided. Partial deliveries may be made if they facilitate timely processing.<br \/>\n4. Delivery Time and Delivery<br \/>\nDelivery times begin on the date of our order acceptance or upon receipt of the written order, but not before all technical details have been clarified.<br \/>\nForce majeure and unforeseen events beyond our control \u2014 such as operational disruptions, production failures, or supplier delays \u2014 extend delivery times accordingly, even if they occur during an existing delay.<br \/>\nIn such cases, claims for damages or withdrawal by the purchaser are excluded.<br \/>\nIf \u201cpersonal collection\u201d is agreed and the pickup date is exceeded by 14 days, we may ship the goods at the customer\u2019s expense.<br \/>\n5. Payment Terms<br \/>\nUpon order placement\/invoice, 50% of the purchase price is due as a prepayment. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the goods and must be paid within 14 days.<br \/>\nInternational deliveries are made only against full prepayment.<br \/>\nOrder processing begins only after the prepayment has been received. If the prepayment is not made within 14 days, we may withdraw from the contract.<br \/>\nIn case of late payment, we may charge interest at 7% above the current discount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank.<br \/>\n6. Warranty<br \/>\nThe purchaser must inspect the delivered goods immediately. Complaints must be submitted in writing within one month of delivery, specifying the defects.<br \/>\nIf delivery occurs in autumn or winter, when inspection of sails is not possible, the warranty period begins on the following May 1st.<br \/>\nGoods must be returned promptly and free of charge for inspection. If the complaint is justified, reasonable time must be granted for repair or replacement.<br \/>\nIf repair or replacement fails, the purchaser may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.<br \/>\nFurther claims are excluded.<br \/>\nWe warrant defects caused by material or manufacturing faults for 24 months through free repair or replacement of defective parts.<br \/>\nWarranty claims lapse if improper repairs or modifications are made by the purchaser or third parties.<br \/>\nRepaired or replaced goods remain subject to the original warranty period.<br \/>\nWe provide a 12\u2011month guarantee on the shape and form of delivered items.<br \/>\nNo liability is assumed for natural wear or consequential damages.<br \/>\nAll further warranty or damage claims are excluded.<br \/>\n7. Export<br \/>\nExports are made only against full prepayment. VAT is charged if the customer transports the goods abroad personally.<br \/>\nVAT is refunded only if a freight forwarder handles customs clearance at the border and we receive the stamped export declaration (AE) and\/or a freight forwarder\u2019s certificate for VAT purposes.<br \/>\nVAT\u2011free invoicing is possible only if the transaction qualifies as an export under applicable regulations.<br \/>\nAn export is recognized only if the recipient is a company or individual with a permanent address abroad and the shipment is handled by post, rail, or a freight forwarder.<br \/>\nIf required export documents (e.g., T2) do not return to the customs office and the security deposit is claimed from us, we may reclaim VAT or the security amount from the customer even up to three years later.<br \/>\n8.
