FAQ
Can I drop off or pick up my sails for repair outside of opening hours?
Yes, this is possible at any time. After prior arrangement, finished sails can be placed in the storage box to the right of the garage door for collection. The entrance door to the room is labelled “Kundenbox” (storage box).
Please also drop off repairs there. Be sure to fill out the provided form, stating the reason for the repair, your name, and your contact details, including your email adress.
How long do I have to wait for my newly ordered sails?
Our sails are produced right here on site, which means short distances and fast delivery times. You can generally expect a waiting period of 2-3 weeks.
Can I also bring sails from other manufacturers for repair?
Yes, that is possible. However, we charge an additional fee for third-party products.
Do you also repair windsurf sails?
Yes, we also repair windsurf sails. However, please note that we can only accept the sails in a well-cleaned condition and without battens.
Do you also offer shading solutions or repairs for shading?
Yes, upon request, we also offer shading solutions and their repair or modification. However, our main focus is on the manufacture of sails.
Do you also manufacture boat covers?
Yes, we offer headsail and main boom covers. Full boat covers are manufactured by the company DREHER PERSENNING, which is located in the same building as us.
Pick up/storage box
Use our “Pick up/storage box” to drop off or collect your sails outside our opening hours!
Delivery in Pick up/storage box:
If you place your sail(s) in the box, please do not forget to attach the appropriate tags to each individual sail. Please enter your complete address incl. Phone and email to. Please note as precisely as possible what is to be done.
Collection from Pick up/storage box:
If you plan to collect your sails outside our business hours, please let us know 2 days in advance at
. We will store your sails for you in the customer box. You can then remove your sails there at any time. It could be that sails for different customers are stored in the box. Please note the labeling when removing the sail so that you take the correct sail with you.
Here’s how to find our Pick up/storage box:
Drive into our company yard in front of the large garage door.
The door on the RIGHT next to the door leads you to our customer box.
