FAQ
Can I pick up my sails or drop them off for repair outside of opening hours?
Yes, this is possible at any time. Finished sails can be made available for collection in the customer box to the right of the garage door by prior arrangement. The entrance door to the room is labeled Customer Box.
Please place repairs there as well. Be sure to state the reason for the repair, your name, and your contact details, including your email address, on the form provided.
How long will I have to wait for my newly ordered sails?
Our sails are produced on-site, ensuring short distances and fast delivery times. Typically, you can expect 2–3 weeks for completion.
Can I also bring sails from other manufacturers for repair?
Yes, this is possible. However, we charge an additional fee for non-standard/made-by-other manufacturers.
Do you also repair windsurf sails?
Yes, we also repair windsurf and wing sails. Please note, however, that we can only accept sails that are thoroughly cleaned and without battens.
Do you also offer awnings or awning repairs?
Yes, upon request we also offer awnings and their repair or modification. However, our main focus remains on sail production.
Do you also make boat covers?
Yes, we offer headsail and mainsail boom covers. Full boat covers are produced by DREHER PERSENNING, a company based in-house with us.

Use our “Pick up/storage box” to drop off or collect your sails outside our opening hours!
Drop-off from customer-box:
When placing your sail(s) in the box, please remember to label each individual sail with the provided tags. Be sure to include your full address, including telephone number and email. Please describe as precisely as possible what work is to be carried out.

Dann teilen Sie uns dies bitte 2 Tage vorher mit. Wir deponieren Ihre Segel für Sie in der Kundenbox. Sie können Ihre Segel dann dort jederzeit entnehmen. Es könnte sein, dass in der Box Segel für verschiedene Kunden lagern. Bitte beachten Sie die Beschriftung bei der Entnahme, damit Sie das richtige Segel mitnehmen.
